Do these qualify as "panels in need of paint or body work?"
I am trying to figure out if it is worth getting these scratches/scuffs fixed before submitting to carmax. My evaluation changes by $1k depending on if I say 0 panels or 3+ panels. What should I do? Get them fixed and make sure its 0 panels, or leave as is and say 0 panels?
Any help appreciated!
