I've just had my second year anniversary with mounjaro last week. I've been with swift doctor for about a year. I'm only about 5 lbs from hitting a healthy bmi and I am starting to think about maintenance. Part of the reason I'm with swift is because I'd read they were for good for continued support through maintenance. I've receieved the emails from them about a consultation with them for this, but I'm wondering what other people's experiences have been?

I'm currently on 12.5 and this is the highest I've gone. I'm now injecting about every 10-12 days. I'm wondering if swift would actually allow me to do this officially and let me space out my injections this far? I would like to move down a dose or two if that's possible just to save a bit of money, not sure if they do that either? What kind of maintenance plans have people been put on?

I'm not sure what to expect. While I'd love to get to a point where I don't need to take these meds anymore, I have PCOS and know that this is likely a lifelong medication for me. I'm wholly prepared for this, but just trying to think about what that realistically might look like for me. Any advice would be helpful.
