So I see alot of New Boot days, and decided to show off how my ""old"" boots are holding up. I suppose its a patina showoff; that might be the superior way to describe it. Nonetheless; here are my Coyote Tacticals, in roughout as my job demands. When I got them day 1 the Coyote was a much lighter shade, although it was still in regulations. They drew attention which isnt always great, but all is well that ends well. I love how it darkened over the 8 months ive worn them. The leather is much softer than out of the box, with the exception of the steel toe box (duh). Personally I wish I did a cap toe, since I work on my knees im burning through the leather faster than I expected. But overall im very pleased, maybe in another 5-8 months they'll be ready for a resole. The first and last pictures color looks off due to the ceiling light compared to natural light from the window. 2-4 are more representative of how they actually look. The difference in shade over time unfortunately is a "trust me bro".
