Hi just looking for advice! My dream job in my dream school was posted a few days ago. But I’m worried. Everyone I speak to in the staff room say that it’s highly likely the job is already taken just based off it being early May.

It’s a fixed term contract full hours one subject. How likely is this someone’s job they are re-interviewing for? Can I get my hopes up!
