What led to my burnout?

Last month I lost my job because I had a meltdown at work they said I was disrespectful to a manager and was not thinking logically during investigation. I reported the manager for harassment. They then said I reported it maliciously during the disciplinary hearing keep in mind that this happens at the end of November the investigation took place in January and then in March a one month 15 days after the investigation then I was invited to a disciplinary hearing which took over 10 hours over two sessions with two weeks in between they fired me and now they said they made a decision but I have to wait two weeks for the person to come back from annual leave

At every stage I mentioned I have Autism and it’s protective characteristic which they dismissed

I’m expected to hear something tomorrow or the next day about whether they were justified for firing me

I don’t know how to move on
