The watch is gifted to me by someone else, so I don’t know where it’s from

I had dropped it pretty hard and now the big hand (If that’s what it’s called) isn’t working. When i shake the watch, it kinda moves around

i‘m hoping to fix it, any advice?

maybe I’m just dumb, but I recently found out that you can do this! it’s more efficient for grinding hehe
