how do u do it?

i am new to this but ive been trying to lose weight for years. i dont know how do u properly do it like i started having my breakfast at 11 and my last meal around 6:30-7. but like what can u eat and what can you not? im confused.

im moving to a new city in abt 4 months and i really wanna feel good and confident when i do and honestly im just sick of being fat.

also forgot to mention im currently 80kgs and 5'3 but im not sure abt the weight part because i have a fear of weighing scales which may sound stupid but ya the last time i checked my weight was a month ago at a doctor's appointment.
