Recently, im having a really bad relationship with my self image , so please dont judge me , so this question is for people who have recoverd from allergies , do have any facial changes beacause of it? I had allergies since i was a child from the age of 09 to 18 , I feel like it made my nose bigger i have a twin sister who hasnt suffered from allergies her nose is completly fine , but my nose always looks wide and swollen , and also it made my lower jaw very recessed and my chin weak , is there anything i can do to fix this especially my nose ?
