Hello! Advice on anxiety and trying microdosing to help

Sorry for the essay in advance, but I’m 24 and am battling with illness anxiety disorder and major depressive disorder (mild). As well as just chronic anxiety where my skin feels tingly and I’m constantly disassociating (in some odd depersonalization/ realization combination)

I was put onto about 150mg of Zoloft when I was about 15 and didn’t stop taking it till I was about 20-22ish? At that point I used mushrooms to help manage side effects of coming off Zoloft and then would microdose and do regular doses afterwords to help with mental health.

I haven’t taken anything in a while and now that my anxiety has reached an all time high I’ve been off and on trying microdosing to help alleviate what I’m dealing with. It’s just been so hit or miss. Some days I feel great and others I’ll just feel completely off balance and the twill manifest itself more as disassociation. (Maybe it’s because I mostly use capsules now and before I used the mushroom by itself?)

I was just trying to see if anyone had any advice? I just really want to make micro-dosing work because it was the happiest and most tranquil time of my life when I used to use mushrooms more frequently. And I’ve reached the point in things I’ve tried and lifestyle changes where I’m at the point where I’m willing to get back into medication. Which I just desperately want to avoid. Not because there’s anything wrong with it but with potential side effects( illness anxiety) it scares me more than anything. And I just found so much more relief in the past with mushrooms vs prescriptions.
