Hi folks, I'm looking for any personal success stories from anyone willing to share.

I advanced to the final candidate pool in a highly competitive department, but I wasn't called in for a final interview with the Fire Chief. I'm currently on a list of candidates for the next round of interviews and hiring, which will happen six months from now. Obviously, I'm disappointed I didn’t get an interview this spring, but I’m still grateful to have a real shot at the future.
