Is a white 2008 g35x with the HR motor a good deal for 3.5k?

Has 165k its in very good condition besides needing a new windshield .

Just had water pump and gallery gaskets done along with rad/condenser and ac compressor. She payed 2.5k for the work

Is it worth it?

Thinking I could resell for 5-6k
