I just started applying to jobs within the last month. Reading all the JDs makes me feel quite unconfident in my resume. I understand I should be tailoring it to each job, but I feel like I'm ineffective in matching experience from my current role to the JD. I also know that the FMVA certification holds no weight, so maybe it should be removed, i just figured maybe it would be good to show I actually have some sort of experience with financial modeling

[3 YoE, Corporate Accountant, Financial Analyst, United States] feeling severely underqualified

Maybe its obvious from my resume but I'm trying to transition into the finance industry (anything really, it all interests me). I've been looking in LA and New York mostly. My main issue is that I don't actually have professional experience. Is it even possible? I feel like every entry level position requires multiple years of working experience in finance
