How can I cut back even more calories?

This is what I meal prepped for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for this past week. It went well- wasn’t hungry very often, but I wish I had made room for dessert,, any advice?

Breakfast: 402 cal, 54g protein

Lunch: 510 cal, 69g protein

Dinner: 575 cal, 57g protein

Total: 1487 cal, 180g protein
