Is my foundation in danger?

Not really sure if this is an issue or not. Does anyone know if this is something serious, or not too big of a deal? Came up in an inspection of a home that I'm currently looking at and the inspector said he couldn't tell me if it meant anything was wrong with the foundation and I would need to consult an expert. Seems like it might just be the edging block or something.

Is it possible to replace this chimney cap on my own?

This chimney cap looks like it needs to be replaced, how feasible is it for me to buy a new one and install it myself? I'm getting quotes of $500+ just to replace it not including materials.

When do you think the last time this dryer vent was cleaned?

Someone told me that this had been cleaned a couple of months before this picture was taken. I have a hard time believing that. What do you think?

What’s the most expensive ‘I’ll fix that later’ you’ve ever had?

There are a few household repairs I have been putting off and am starting to wonder how serious it could be if I keep pushing the clock on them. Therefore, I thought it might help me to hear some good horror stories to give me some motivation. What are some of the things you wished you had just fixed when you noticed the issue?

I ordered wood chips and now my whole neighborhood smells like rotting manure, what are my options?

Long story short I ordered a ton of wood chips and after they were delivered onto my driveway, I started to quickly notice a terrible rotting smell that reminded me of a pig farm. I even smelled it in the air from really far away. It came in a few different colors. What am I supposed to do with this stuff, would it make good mulch or should I try getting a refund? Starting to worry that my neighbors will report me to the city due to the smell.
