I was on losartan. Stopped that last August and started Filspari and Jardiance. Around that time could be coincidence but started with rotator cuff issue. Tried PT. MRI showed a slight tear and some tendinitis. I was online and a reel from dr said that Losartan increases tendon tears by 6 fold I wonder if any of these lowering blood pressure drugs are gonna affect joints and muscles ?

My shoulder is hurting me. I’m having a rotator cuff injury. I been taking some Tylenol as I know Advil is not good for the kidneys. You think short term use of Advil will be bad ?
