Expandable Pink Backpack Quality
After just 12 months of use, the quality has been disappointing.
Two of the zippers have stopped working properly, and the bag has developed a strange white discoloration on the material.
When I contacted Beis about these issues, I was told it was simply normal wear and tear which I find hard to accept.
