Yall are so funny with my last post. Thank you to those who helped me figure out if the center was actually raw or not. 😂

Anyways, this is my own recipe. I thought it came out very well! If y’all are interested in it, I can definitely share the recipe. 🤗

First time doing stuffed cookies! These are pumpkin cheesecake and I checked the cookie when it was still a bit warm, so I may have checked too early. I have a hard time telling the difference between soft and buttery center and raw dough. :(
