Hey! So for any starseeds, elementals, etc. When you guys were trying to find your soul type hoe exactly did some of you do it? Ive gotten a few hints from my guides, but they went quiet on me because they want me to do some of it myself which is understandable. Im just struggling to find a way to connect to my higher self for the information.

I do have like traumas so to speak and ive heard you can't learn stuff unless your fully healed? Is that a real thing? Or can i discover things about myself still while im still healing? Any advice is helpful! Thanks!
