Hi everyone, I need your analysis to explain to me why despite all my tests of casting shaft, channel size, layout, casting temperature, cylinder and new metal, I absolutely still have these same porosity defects on all my parts. This is an example of my latest font test, I don't understand and AIs are misleading me, I'm just regressing with them. If someone has an expert opinion, maybe the photos will help you understand the problem and help me, as well as many others who have the same problem.

For this example, here is what has been done:

Argentium 940: 990°

Cylinder: 580°

Optima Prestige Coating

Resin: Bluecast X wax

Burnout: classic burnout cycle for resin of 12 hours

Vacuum casting, cylinder returned 30 minutes before casting for gas evacuation.

Casting on electric furnace without Argon or Borax.
