My reset doesn’t work at all. I tried holding the reset button while re-inserting the cable, but nothing changes. The software does detect the screen, and I can even click “send to screen,” but the display just stays on the Phanteks logo and does absolutely nothing.

I’ve already tried different USB headers on the motherboard and repeating the reset process multiple times, still no luck.

While resetting, manual says to wait until lcd flashes on again, which never happens..

Starting to think the firmware might be stuck or the screen itself is broken lol..

Anyone had this before or know a fix?
