Getting Exchange Student Offer From Turan International University, Namangah. Should I accept it?
Hello kind people of Uzbekistan, I'm an Indian citizen and I've been nominated for a student exchange program for Turan University, Namangan. There is little to no (apart from generic) information available about the University.
So, I wanted to ask if I should consider this option or not.
