i'm on Ozempic and i'm usually constipated. when i poop it's like little rabbit turds. what vitamins or supplements can i take?
ive tried probiotics, miralax, metamucil. none of them have done much. looking for something i can take long term. i poop like once a week and it's always uncomfortable and i'm in the bathroom straining for an hour.
