Ileostomy makes f••ting noises at inconvenient moments

Hello. My ileostomy can be very noisey - usually in the morning - it can be quite embarrassing because I can’t control it. My diet is very stable but the noises are unpredictable. Any advice appreciated.

Also… thanks for being such a supportive community and my apologies if my language in the headline is a bit too strong.

Used to scare me a little when I was a youngling. There was always something sinister about them, especially when they moved. I seem to remember them in Boots in the ‘80s.

Hello my dear friends! I am 4 months lost op and I wanted to start running again. I tried a CUI support belt yesterday but it pancaked and forced exudate under the ostomy ring (I’ll post separately about that). Aside from that, it was very comfortable and I would like to wear again. I wonder if there is a belt specific to running.
