Lasting symptoms

Hi everyone.
I’ve recently been diagnosed with SAI after a year and on hydrocortisone since a few months.
Because I’m still extremely exhausted, still have abdominal pain, dizzyness and just overal feeling of malaise my endocrinologist said there’s probably something else going on.
According to her patients with SAI that take hydrocortisone feel at least 80% better in a matter of days.
All of my other hormones have been checked and everything looks good. They’re thinking about me/cfs.
I wanted to ask if it’s true that most of us with AI feel like normal again after steroids? Should I keep looking into other problems? Or is it possible to need a lot more time to heal even when taking steroids?

So I know about the typical symptoms of an oncoming crash/crisis. But I don’t really have many of those. I never vomit, never have a high fever, my heartrate is rather high but does get slower when I’m feeling really bad and bloodpressure goes down but not dangerously.
So I want to hear all of the atypical symptoms.
Are there people that want to share their atypical symptoms? Just so I know I’m not as weak as my brain is trying to tell me 😅
Some of mine:
A feeling of impending doom
Very dark thoughts
Lower back pain
Pain in lymph nodes

My endo told me to only updose when really sick with fever or vomiting etc. But I’ve had a cold for a few days and I feel so bad. Not really the cold but I feel heavy, dizzy, nauseous, headache, lower back pain. My pupils are so small and I’m super emotional. Are these all just random things or is my body telling me I need to updose?
