Does anyone know if there's a way to stop mons from naturally spawning without pokétreats also stopping?

I made the shiny catcher from chosen's series, but as I try to use it in a mansion, the spawns outside the platform mess up the rates.

I can't just put it high in the sky though, since then it'll not use the mansion's spawns anymore. I also can't mess with the mansion that much, since destroying it removes the spawns as well

Edit: I managed to do it by simply lowering my render distance
