Hello, I am looking to build a handheld cyberdeck that I can use to watch movies and shows on the go, but I have no idea where to start.

I'm trying to kick streaming services, so I'm looking to build it with no WiFi capability that I can attach some storage devices to and load my shows on to.

Ideally I think it would have a 7.5 inch screen and then a keyboard that can slide out from underneath to search the files.

I am struggling with what micro controller to choose and how to power it.

I also have no idea how to get a case that would hold it all in.

Any help would be appreciated.
