Confused belt buckle issue

Ok so this month on my main account I had 2 new buckles the fortune buckle and another 1 that was red I can't remember the name but I think it had red stars. I switched to my other account to get the outlaw pass items. I'm back on my main account and the buckle is gone. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm annoyed I know I saw it I haven't just imagined it 🤣🤯
