How are everyones greens and surrounds looking?
I pay a membership fee of £1,700 a year. However, year on year the greens are not good enough. Maybe one or two weeks a year they will roll true and a good speed.
We got an email from the club mentioning the weather hasnt been good. And the grass growth has been slow.
The greens right now are terrible. They holotined late and as a result they are struggling.
I play to decent standard. I love playing on good greens. However i feel at a members club like mine there isnt enough noise about how bad they are.
I would go somewhere else. But the places around me in the North West worth the extra commute time are full or exclusive.
Would be keen to get some thoughts but also if any clubs in the north west are looking for members let me know
