Hello.Bought an usdx plus and it turns out the thing emits rt on the frequency it's receiving.I can mitigate it a bit by reducing attenuation but is there another fix?

Glad to share I made my first cb contact on my radtel 880.CB is pretty dead in Bulgaria so whenever I travel to the capital I always bring my radio to try my luck.Ive been hearing a group of 3 people talking every evening but they didn't hear me or so i thought.So last evening Just for fun I called cq on 27.555 and what do you know?they all jumped in thinking it was skip dx.Then a weak signal answered me and we had a chat(he was on portable too).some minutes later one of the group mockingly said "the hood communication was on so I had to step away from the radio"So they hear us but they won't answer probably because we ain't fanatics with powerful amps and expensive radios(thats all they're talking about every evening btw.)all I wanted was someone to say hey your radio works we hear you and we are located this distance from you.Sorry for my rant.
