I started flipping on the side and got sick of missing deals, so I built a tool for myself

I’ve been flipping stuff on the side for extra cash for a while now — mainly Marketplace, Gumtree and eBay stuff. One thing I kept running into was how hard it is to stay on top of listings when good deals disappear in minutes.
I’d have like 15 tabs open, constantly refreshing, checking sold prices, comparing listings, trying to work out if something was actually a flip or just cheap junk.
So I ended up building a small tool for myself called Flip Check. It basically helps me:
quickly estimate flip profit
compare sold prices
save/watch deals
spot underpriced listings faster
keep track of flips I’m working on
I mainly made it because I was wasting heaps of time manually checking everything and still missing deals.
Curious if anyone else here flips as a side hustle and has the same problem?
Happy to let a few people test it and give honest feedback.

I’ve been flipping a bit on the side (tools, mowers, random gear) and kept running into the same problem…
Stuff *looks* cheap, but once you factor everything in:
travel
repairs
time to sell
there’s often no real margin.
After a few bad buys I ended up putting together a simple tool for myself where I can:
paste a listing
add costs (fuel, repairs etc.)
get a rough resale estimate
see if there’s actually profit there
Nothing crazy, just something to stop me making dumb decisions.
It’s already saved me from a few buys that I probably would’ve gone ahead with.
I’m still refining it, but if anyone here flips regularly and wants to try it, I’m happy to share it and get some feedback.
