Iphone 15 (iOS 26.3.1)

I did a stupid thing a year and a bit ago, and I put on an icloud password (the 28 character one), the problem was that when I forgot my passcode to my iphone, I was locked out and had to change iclouds. When i gained access to my phone again, I realized that I couldn’t access my icloud due to the password, and for those years and a bit, I’ve just been using my phone with my old icloud, but never synchronizing it, so all my old icloud data is lost. The password was also stupidly put in a note app note with my old icloud.

I know that I can’t get my old icloud back, but how could I transfer my email and other data to another icloud, and if anyone could explain the process, it would be a big help, thank you!
