The rewards of the normal loot boxes are already bad why would they give us even worse ones, it's not like 90% of us is going to get something better than gold or 3 epic cards so what's the problem?
DEACTIVATE THE FPS LIMIT, that is what is making the game have input lag and FPS much below the limit you set, if you want to limit the FPS to prevent your laptop becoming an expensive grill, limit them through the Nvidia or AMD program.
I am making this post because I went through the top reddit results and tried everything, but I kept having low framerate and input lag while at the same time the gpu was underutilized, this was my solution, hope it helps people in the future.
