This is what my heart sounded like when i woke up this morning, just to clarify i am 20 years old and have very very bad health anxiety. i am 90% sure i have a panic disorder but not diagnosed. recently it has been my heart that has been stressing me out and i have been experiencing skipped beats.

Decided to record my heart this morning because i felt it flopping around in my chest and this is what it sounds like. Freaked out now.
