Flight cancelled
I’m traveling in May with my family from Miami-Istanbul-Amman, the flight from Istanbul to Amman was cancelled due to operational reasons.
My husband has a different reservation and he was able to change his on the website.
I keep trying to change mine and I keep getting an error message. The call agents weren’t able help me. I’ve been calling non stop. They keep saying that they will email support and call me back.
I was also told to leave feedback on the website. I did that and they told there is no error on their end.
Anyone going through something similar?
