I have been writing on medium from last 5 months still only able to gather 0.2 dollars till now

And I have written more than 24 post right now I also have a frequency of writing 3-4 post in a month

Also try to write every post through publications and for increasing engagement I also do comments on people articles

Still I am not able to figure out what I am missing can anybody guide me about this ?
