As the title suggest I am just trying to get a bit more information how how this works. I know as a BCBA we have a very limited number of hours we can bill anyway and large part of our work isn't build.
So long story short I was just let go after 6 months and now I don't know if I even want to be in the field of ABA anymore. I won't say it was unfair for them to let me go. I definitely understand form a business perspective why this occurred, but now I don't know what to do. It is clear that if I stay in the field I am going to struggle. Maybe I can get a part time position? Though there isn't a lot of those. I keep looking through indeed job postings and thinking I'm not qualified for them and the ones that I do qualify for aren't enough to pay my bills. Any thoughts?
