I have already watched last of us show it's kinda ruined for me. Where can i buy games for cheap? Also, after completing it, what about resale value??

Sorry for non ps5 Post. I bought this PS4 slim second hand recently (had to ship from assam). There is cracking sound from top panel when touched, it feels very fragile and I'm concerned.
What is it?
Can it be fixed?
