Hey guys,
I recently (January 2026) purchased a 2025 Honda Rebel 1100T and after a few mini cruises around the block, decided to go on my first ride yesterday. I was out for about an hour and noticed my TFT display had a weird warp looking crack (or something like that) on the left side of the display. Fyi warp wasnt there before, no falls, screen protector plastic is over display, garaged daily, not sitting in the sun at all.
I brought bike in practically new condition with only 312 miles. No apparent falls, not evan a scratch.
I believe the bike is still under it's 1 year manufacturers warranty, which expires in July 2026.
Is this common or have you heard of anything like this before? If so, any thoughts or advice on what to do? Im asking you because I figured you guys might have experienced (or heard) about this kind of thing happening. Anyway, I'd appreciate a reply even if it's not helpful.
It's kind of a bummer that this sort of thing happens after my first real ride, and i cant find any tft display replacement videos so far.
