Is anyone else struggling with Jello Jello peel off base coat?

I dont etch my nails and I wait 15 mins before taking them off. If they're stuck, I add more one kill remover and wait another 15 mins.

I'm so annoyed because this hasnt happened before and Ive been spending 5 months on growing out rings of fire damage to only have new damage from the peel off base!

Ive also been using this peel off for a while and this has never happened before. Im also annoyed because I have 3 spares and I dont want to keep using it if this is going to happen again and again.

Any suggestions?!

EDIT: Someone reminded me how dumb I was and remembered I used primer. (Note to self: do not use primer with peel off base).
