Regarding PR application with common law
Hello,
I’ve recently became eligible for one of the category draws. In my application i’ve my girlfriend mentioned as my common-law as we have been living together for 7-8 months now but as per required by ircc one need to be living together for consective 12 months in order to be eligible for common law sponsor programm.
Would you suggest me to apply as her non accompany as the proff is not enough to prove we’ve living together for over a year now. ( I can prove by chats and photographs) but on legal documents such as driver’s license it’s not yet been a year.
Is there somebody else facing the same problem and what would be my best move at this point to ensure we both end up getting the PR.
