My Snapchat account has been temporarily disabled for about 2 weeks now, and I’m really confused.

I also forgot my password, so I tried to reset it through email, but every time I do, it says I can’t reset my password because my account is temporarily disabled.

The website says to wait 48 hours, but it’s been way longer than that and nothing has changed. I’ve tried logging in and using the unlock page, but no luck.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did your account eventually come back or is it basically gone?Any advice on what to do next?
