so i have been trying to replicate the same voice effect thing for a project of mine but i couldnt find anything that sounds like it (using Audacity)

Hello so i have been using CE for quite a while and i just encountered the first issue of it

as seen in the images. Image 1 represents the default values the game has.

second image represents modified values.

ingame after changing the values absolutely nothing has changed And i cannot find a fix for that.

the link below shows gameplay and what normally happens when you change the values.

hoping for someone to find a fix for that!
