Hola i opened this valdo (im not on my pc so i took a picture from trade). Mod looks free af but i need reassurance if my exsang can do this (or should i make jugg something aomething) to do this valdo? Feels like i just need to spec one step ahead and its kinda free? Im not experience valdo runner even i do valdos on trade its always with high investment build so im kinda scared.

Hello so i id'd myself diamond belt (oh boy my first good id in trade and ssf). And been wondering what build to play with it and stumble upon lacerate of butchering champ and looks interesting af (i kinda like active playstyle so piano-ish play not a problem for me) and since i have warcry cdr uul's netol kiss in my stash its seems like bo brainer to try this build (especialy when i watch video showcasing it).
My question is :
Does diamond+marylene+fb uul netol's+fourth vow is enough to start the build and play the build comfortably? Cause i saw people use 10+ warcry cdr tattoo.
Without woe spike where do i get 15% impale chance ? (I never play impale build before sorry!) Or should i farm woe spike first before rerolling?.
I think thats all question i have for the build cause i can mostly craft the other stuff myself thanks!

So this is league is the first i take ssf seriously (first at merc but stop at 2 void stones). Been enjoying stormburst but i feel stuck for upgrade. I want more defense for ubers (alr killed eater and shaper).
Problem is idk how to upgrade further (i copied ds_lily her gear seems realy hard to get in ssf)
What im missing from lily's pob
- echo belt
-unnatural instinct
-lom lightning damage (i think this what im gonna farm next)
-spectre so i can use zealotry (or defensive aura)
Now im just wondering should i keep playing stormburst or reroll for my uber kill (i know this build can kill uber i just have skill issue)
