Please help: how to fix dropped stitches from yarn end coming undone?
I’ve been knitting the dagmar jacket, and was about to start the body ribbing but noticed a yarn end had come undone where I had joined for the body. I think I’d left the end too short.
In my search for the end, many stitches came undone and I have absolutely no idea how to knit these back up and ensure I secure them.
I’ve attached a pic for reference. I was able to pick up the stitches in the right orientation. It looks like those 7 sts have come undone and there maybe 1-2 rows in between them that I need to knit up to fill the gap. But i have no idea how to do this.
I really don’t want to frog because it’s taken me a month to get to where I am. The dagmar jacket is a fun knit but also so tedious at times! I can accept that this little section of my work won’t be neat, so just want to fill the gap and secure that end.
