The timing is pretty tight after TQ2 but everythin else is a breeze,

Can be done in regular Rising as much as I'm aware (the clip shows it's Last Stand/Ultimate Rising)

You can cancel most of the useless movement by pressing target combo or a quirk skill,

I'm not sure how new this information is buuuut it does look like it'll help combo potential by quite a bit
