UofT Chemical Engineering vs UBC Engineering vs UBC Science + BMM

I’ve been struggling with this decision for a while and honestly still can’t decide.
My options right now are:
UofT Chemical Engineering
UBC Engineering
UBC Science + BMM
A big reason I’m considering UofT Chem Eng is because of PEY/co-op and job opportunities. From what I’ve heard, it seems easier to get internships/work experience there, and that makes me feel safer about finding a job after graduation.
But personally, I actually prefer Vancouver and staying closer to home. UBC feels more comfortable to me socially and mentally. The problem is I’m scared about employment after graduation, especially with UBC Science. I also don’t really know how valuable the BMM program actually is. Some people say it’s useful, others say it’s kind of “watered down” and not that meaningful.
For engineering, I’m also worried about difficulty and pressure. I know UofT engineering is intense.
