Super confused over robo vacuum, please help me!!!
For last three months i have been trying to get a robo vacuum, initially i was fixated on eureka forbes because our local shop owner was able to provide us. now in tier 3 cities any kind of service is not easily accessible so when a known person is involved, they try their best so my faith was on that uncle but unfortunately the dealer is not responsive, it's been months now so i thought of buying it from croma, before that i thought should take a quick look over amazon and flipkart since they are having sale and it really was cheaper on Flipkart but i saw some negative reviews, specifically over service and spare parts so i did a quick check to find if it's correct or not and indeed i did not find any spare from eureka or third party sellers, dustbags were there but the main part which is side brush and mop head, all such parts were not available which means after a certain point the cleaning will be much less efficient..
my concerns:
shall i still buy eureka forbes?
if yes then should i go with croma or flipkart?
or should i look for another robot vacuum?
please do suggest or guide me in the process.. my budget is capped at 40k i don't want to spend anymore since this is secondary to me, primarily i have a good househelp..
