I've been dreaming about the same person every night for a month and I have no idea why
This is genuinely puzzling me and I need some outside perspective.
There's this girl I used to study with back in university. Our relationship was purely academic.. we'd meet to study.. discuss coursework.. that's it. No romantic feelings, no particular closeness, nothing beyond what was necessary. After graduation, we lost contact (not that we were really in contact to begin with). I rarely even think about her...... only if someone randomly brings her up in conversation. She's simply not on my mind.
Yet for the past month.. I've been dreaming about her. Every. Single. Night.
Same person, different scenarios each time. Nothing inappropriate.. just regular, sometimes weirdly complex situations. But the dreams are vivid and detailed.. which makes it even stranger.
During the day.. She doesn't cross my mind at all. I'm busy with work, fully occupied, 0 thoughts about her. But this last week it started bothering me, and now I find myself thinking about why this is happening ..
It's genuinely becoming annoying and I just want it to stop!!!!!
