Hello!
Been finding a white fuzz on the leaves of my new senna plants. I have tried neem oil and spraying with a mixture of dish soap and water, only in the evenings, every couple days, but it keeps coming back and the plants aren’t looking so hot.
Also have liquid ant bait place at the base of each one. Since they’re new and it’s been hot, they are being watered every 2-3 days on a drip irrigation system. Good deep watering.

Pictures attached of the actual plant, and one I found on the net (macro) to show you what the fuzz actually looks like since I can’t get a good pic of it.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance!
