High blood pressure at 18 years old?
Is my thing simply not working properly? When I went to the doctor about 1.5 months ago, I had a 60 BPM and sometimes even below pulse (properly monitored and also ECG), no sinus rythm issues, had a heart ultrasound, everything normal, but now in the present, this thingy shows me like a average of 130-150 BP, fast pulse? This time it was 113 which is pretty wild. I've checked my BP like 5 times in a 10 min mark, some measures were 150 with 94, some were 133 with 90, some were 132 with 84, and I noticed I do have crazy anxiety and palpitations whenever I measure my BP, its just something to do with they it squeezes my arm and the fact I might get a bad result, so even at home I can't measure it precisely.
Is it possible in only 1.5 months for me to get a condition that skyrocketed my BP from what was once perfectly healthy range? Idk if i have sleep apnea cuz i thought about that, I don't snore, but sometimes exactly in the moment as i'm falling asleep I feel like my breathing is not sufficient, even though I am definitely breathing, and i get heart palpitations when that occurs, so maybe its just anxiety or something and not real sleep apnea.
I am overweight, 30 BMI but I also carry more muscle than the average person so I don't think I am obese like the BMI suggests, but I am still overweight for sure
I am decently active, rarely use tobbacco and drinking occassionally but nothing extreme
